Didier Forget studied saxophone at the Conservatoire d’Issy-les-Moulineaux with Jacques Théry.
In 1986, he obtained a first prize in saxophone and percussion.

Very quickly attracted by contemporary music, he multiplies his experiences with musicians of diverse musical origins, in particular: Jean- marc JAFFET, Julien LOURAU, Al LEVITT, the Golden Gate Quartet, Les Etoiles, Andrew STRONG, Rona HARTNER, Le Big Band de TITO PUENTES, Olivier KER OURIO, Mark KING.
He has participated in the recording of about twenty albums, including “Yo quiero vivir tranquillo” by Tito Puentes “Live 89” by the Golden Gate Quartet “Face à face” by Antoine Larcher.
